Sugar Scrub; Exfoliating Made Easy

While I've started a few different projects today, I've decided to start off this year with something, maybe a bit more crunchy than you may have anticipated, to set the tone for this years creative blogging. I'm exfoliating. I don't normally go through the frou-frou troubles that some women send themselves through, in order to maintain their outward beauty. I am, however, getting over that stigmata. Today's climb included the creation of my first Sugar Scrub.
If you google the Benefits of Sugar Scrubs, you get enough insider information to last you a lifetime, so I'm not going to bother going into the details, because I'm not the expert. I ultimately got my "recipe" from greenUPGRADER, which was linked to on Glue and Glitter, and I'm not sure how exactly I found my way to that page. One of my read an article, click a link afternoons no doubt. The recipe in question?

Two parts sugar for one part oil

Now you know why they called it Easy Peasy. Besides being super easy to make, it was super affordable. I already had the ingredients. I used brown sugar, because that's what I had, and I used olive oil, for the same reason. I plan to try it out tonight, or tomorrow morning depending on when I get home tonight. (Yay for leaving the house!) I'll have to remember to write out my review on how well it works or not, for me, after it's been used. Has anyone else used a sugar scrub? I'd love some feedback for this and recommendations for things to try.
