This week, Week 2, I'm focusing on further developing the characters I created in Week 1. Today I was to take one character from week 1 and draw their civilian identity. In my head I've basically eliminated Awesome Possum from the running, so that gave me 6 characters to choose from. Puese suggested that I do either Scintilla or Katarina. I went ahead and chose Katarina. Her hair is still blue, but she doesn't look like a hero, or a ninja, anymore. I'm pleased with my pencil drawing of her... I am also pleased with the fabric's digital color. I suppose, if I changed her jawline and did the colors different, she could be Scintilla instead... I'd have to give her a civilian name then too... Maybe I'll do that If I have time later today. Or something similar.
